At the arrival we had difficulties in getting our room the first room was somke smelling and facing the other side of the sea (which considered partly sea view ) the lady at the desk changed it with a room at the 9th floor, yet another problem was it did not have a bed for our child...and when I went to the front desk one of the reception employees treated the situation as badly as it can get ...he was impolite urgent and incooperative he made us wait so long and kept saying that it is our fault not to like the first room, claiming he upgraded us to the second one without sea view and when argued with the pictures from booking.com he said they are not accurate and even if it says sea view it does not mean we have to get the other side view!!! Cahit Enes kept serving other residents and disrespecting us the whole time and this would have ruined our trip unless the manager came and set it all straight I really thank him for his skilfully and professionally handling the situation He gave us our room (the one we booked) with a Smile and a cake 🎂 for my husband's birthday Overall the room was nice, clean, comfy with beautiful view Location is very good nearby restaurants and cafe area

Great location in an up and coming neighbourhood. Metro station behind Fiserkane , 3 stations away from the centre, price around 17 TL per person each way. Taxi station nearby, 80- 100 TL to town , same price as the metro for a family of 4, however metro felt safer as the taxi drivers are impatient and constantly on their phones. Do not get yourself a taxi from the outside of the hotel but rather ask the receptionist , it will be there instantly and use the timer/ clock rather than give a set price and charge extra. The view of Marmara Sea from an upper level is amazing. The pool is by far the best part on summer time , clean and comfortable. Decent breakfast for me but not for the other members of my family that missed the pudding, bacon, sausage, ham and salamy. Eggs came in 3 selections: boild, fried and omelets, large selection on cheese, sweets, fruits. Clean lobby , clean toilets, clean elevator, clean room. The hallway carpet brand new but it should be hoovered daily, they skip this task as one can see the same rubbish on the same spot for days. Good size room , smartly furnished with space for luggage underneath the units. Tv channels in several languages. Toilet in a separate room from the shower, extra convenient when the room is shared by a family to have 2 sinks and the option to don't bother each other.

I had a fantastic experience at this hotel! It truly exceeded my expectations in every way. The staff was incredibly attentive and accommodating from the moment I arrived, making me feel welcome and valued throughout my stay. The highlight for me was waking up to the mesmerizing sea view from my room - each morning felt like a serene escape. This hotel is nothing short of perfection, and I can't wait to return for another unforgettable getaway.

the hotel and the facility is very nice, but i noticed that the AC is weak it needs a very long time to cool the room. the bed mattress was not that comfortable other than that the view and the breakfast was perfect
